Busy bods

We have tried our hardest to make our mum a very special present for Mother's Day. We made salt dough using 2 cups of flour, 1 cup of salt, some glitter and water to turn it into dough. We played with it for a while then made it into hearts with our thumbprint on them. Mrs Reid is going to try to bake them hard as nails tonight... we will see how they turn out.

I think it was so fun making them. My mum loves it so much she wears it every she goes she even wears it when she is dancing it is so funny when it goes round and round on her. I think it was the best bit of art we have done at botany downs and we have done some cool art in some other classes. I cant wait to see what we will do for fathers day. bye from J.D.K
